At Maison Marie-Élisabeth, on August 2, 2016, Mrs. Renée Beaudet, 69, of Rimouski and formerly of Gaspé, passed away. She was the wife of Mr. Earl Brochet. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Paul-Émile Beaudet and the late Mrs. Lucienne Tremblay.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, August 12, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and in the evening from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Bissonnette Funeral Centre, 125 St-Louis Street, Rimouski. The religious service for Mrs. Renée Beaudet will be held at the Sacré-Cœur Church in Rimouski on Saturday, August 13, at 11 a.m., and from there at the Saint-Germain Mausoleum in Rimouski. On Saturday, the day of the funeral, the funeral home will open at 9 a.m.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Brochet; his children Suzanne (Guy Brillant), Alain (Renée Bellavance), and Sonia; his grandchildren François, Ann-Frédéric, and Jean-Philippe; his brothers and sisters Jean (Lina Sarasin), Suzanne (Marcel Gagnon), Claire (Jacques Fortier), Luc, Céline (Marcel Guindon), and Louis (Lucie Hubert); his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law from the Brochet family; his nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.

Those who wish may make a donation to Maison Marie-Élisabeth or the Rimouski Regional Hospital Center Foundation, through the hostess in the funeral home.
